Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family. I cannot recommend Nigel highly enough. When one of our windows jammed shut I thought we would have to have the whole thing replaced but, after contacting Nigel he was able to identify the issue and came out the next day to fix it.
