Superb service from Nigel. Phoned him Thursday morning about a problem with my front door. I provided a picture of the door as requested. Nigel knew straight away what the problem was. Thankfully, he was able to visit later that day and fix the problem. He even rectified another problem I had with some French windows at the same time. Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family.
