Excellent workmanship, doors and windows repaired now work like a dream, additional work identified on the day was carried out without it being a problem. Nigel kept in touch between giving the quote and work being completed to manage expectations of when he could attend. Would definitely use him again. Superb service from Nigel. Phoned him Thursday morning about a problem with my front door. I provided a picture of the door as requested. Nigel knew straight away what the problem was. Thankfully, he was able to visit later that day and fix the problem. He even rectified another problem I had with some French windows at the same time.
It's so rare these days to meet a tradesman who is good at what they do and take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel and would definitely use his services again should I need to. Hopefully, I wont need to but it's nice to know there is a reliable company available to help. I cannot recommend Nigel highly enough. When one of our windows jammed shut I thought we would have to have the whole thing replaced but, after contacting Nigel he was able to identify the issue and came out the next day to fix it.
