Swift Locks were amazing I couldnt recommend them enough. Very responsive, reassuring and friendly. The job was done very quickly and to a very high standard, everything was done to make sure that the locks were working efficiently before leaving. Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change! Thank you again, would highly recommend!

Exceptional service from Nigel today from contact, to arrival to fix in less than a day. Nigel went above and beyond to help and make good repairs to our bay window and throughout provided amazing communication, suggestions and help.
