Exceptional service from Nigel today from contact, to arrival to fix in less than a day. Nigel went above and beyond to help and make good repairs to our bay window and throughout provided amazing communication, suggestions and help.
Really appreciate your knowledge and expertise and taking the time to talk though options for replacing the bays in time - will absolutely take your advise on board.
Would have no hesitation using swift lock repairs again and would absolutely recommend to my family and colleagues.

Superb service from Nigel. Phoned him Thursday morning about a problem with my front door. I provided a picture of the door as requested. Nigel knew straight away what the problem was. Thankfully, he was able to visit later that day and fix the problem. He even rectified another problem I had with some French windows at the same time.
It's so rare these days to meet a tradesman who is good at what they do and take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel and would definitely use his services again should I need to. Hopefully, I wont need to but it's nice to know there is a reliable company available to help. Fantastic service and price! Very impressed as it was quite a tricky job to open my tilt and slide patio door and they he no mess at all! Highly recommended.
