Leaving the house one Monday afternoon and could not lock the door, then felt something in the lock break as I turned the key. Phoned Swift lock repairs who arived at my house within the hour and fitted a new gearbox in 15 minutes. Job done and a fair price charged.

Superb service from Nigel. Phoned him Thursday morning about a problem with my front door. I provided a picture of the door as requested. Nigel knew straight away what the problem was. Thankfully, he was able to visit later that day and fix the problem. He even rectified another problem I had with some French windows at the same time.
It's so rare these days to meet a tradesman who is good at what they do and take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel and would definitely use his services again should I need to. Hopefully, I wont need to but it's nice to know there is a reliable company available to help.
