Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family.
It's just a breath of fresh air to have a trade person being so open about options and prices and I would 100% recommend his services.

Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change! Thank you again, would highly recommend!

Nigel changed 5 door locks and repaired 5 window locks for us. He was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. The pricing was very fair, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.
