I cannot recommend Nigel highly enough. When one of our windows jammed shut I thought we would have to have the whole thing replaced but, after contacting Nigel he was able to identify the issue and came out the next day to fix it. He was very friendly, efficient and extremely reasonable. A fantastic job!

Nigel is a fantastic experienced locksmith and swiftly attended to repair our lock due to a broken key. He has a sound knowledge of all types of locks and door installations and is always willing to attend for emergencies and at short notice. Superb service from Nigel. Phoned him Thursday morning about a problem with my front door. I provided a picture of the door as requested. Nigel knew straight away what the problem was. Thankfully, he was able to visit later that day and fix the problem. He even rectified another problem I had with some French windows at the same time.
It's so rare these days to meet a tradesman who is good at what they do and take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel and would definitely use his services again should I need to. Hopefully, I wont need to but it's nice to know there is a reliable company available to help. Had an issue with a damaged lock on my front door and Swift Lock Repairs was really flexible when arranging a time for coming out, turned up when he said he would, and went above and beyond to get the lock issues sorted. He was also great value and very knowledgable about our problem, so Id definitely recommend him.
