Common Faults

Door Jammed
Stiff or floppy door handles.
Door unlocks but door won’t open.
Key won’t come out of lock after locking.
Excess force is required to open, close and lock your door.
Badly glazed door gradually lets lock side drop.
In warmer weather most UPVC doors, and especially the darker colour ones, will expand and become stiff to close. If this is not adjusted properly excessive force will cause the mechanism to break and you will either be locked in or out.

Laura Katie, Denton, Northampton

I cannot recommend Nigel highly enough. When one of our windows jammed shut I thought we would have to have the whole thing replaced but, after contacting Nigel he was able to identify the issue and came out the next day to fix it. He was very friendly, efficient and extremely reasonable. A fantastic job!

Janet Wartnaby, Rushden Northampton

Absolutely brilliant service. No hard sell, very efficient service, friendly and very good price. I would without hesitation recommend to others.
