Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family.
It's just a breath of fresh air to have a trade person being so open about options and prices and I would 100% recommend his services.

I needed 2 new bedroom window handles because my key had broken in the lock. I called Swift Lock Repairs and I Was really impressed. He was professional and a very nice gentleman, highly recommended.
