Nigel changed 5 door locks and repaired 5 window locks for us. He was extremely professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. The pricing was very fair, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change! Thank you again, would highly recommend!

Everything to do with the quotation and fitting went smoothly. The door frame was sticking and wouldnt lock properly, swift Lock Repairs repacked the glass and adjusted the door it is now PERFECT. I would highly recommend them to friends/family.
