Left my keys in taxi and could not get into my house. Contacted several local locksmith companies for quotes and this company was the cheapest and they came out and got me in. Could not have asked for a more professional approach. Brilliant service.

Really massive thank you for the fantastic job you have done getting my front door open. Excellent customer service throughout, no pressure whatsoever & you even cleaned up before you went! We will be recommending you to anyone we know who needs a Locksmith in the future. Massive thank you again, Lisa

Exceptional service from Nigel today from contact, to arrival to fix in less than a day. Nigel went above and beyond to help and make good repairs to our bay window and throughout provided amazing communication, suggestions and help.
Really appreciate your knowledge and expertise and taking the time to talk though options for replacing the bays in time - will absolutely take your advise on board.
Would have no hesitation using swift lock repairs again and would absolutely recommend to my family and colleagues.
Thank you, your efforts today really are appreciated

Excellent workmanship, doors and windows repaired now work like a dream, additional work identified on the day was carried out without it being a problem. Nigel kept in touch between giving the quote and work being completed to manage expectations of when he could attend. Would definitely use him again. This is a genuine business located in North Bedfordshire.
