Leaving the house one Monday afternoon and could not lock the door, then felt something in the lock break as I turned the key. Phoned Swift lock repairs who arived at my house within the hour and fitted a new gearbox in 15 minutes. Job done and a fair price charged.

Excellent workmanship, doors and windows repaired now work like a dream, additional work identified on the day was carried out without it being a problem. Nigel kept in touch between giving the quote and work being completed to manage expectations of when he could attend. Would definitely use him again. Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family.
It's just a breath of fresh air to have a trade person being so open about options and prices and I would 100% recommend his services.
