Everything to do with the quotation and fitting went smoothly. The door frame was sticking and wouldnt lock properly, swift Lock Repairs repacked the glass and adjusted the door it is now PERFECT. I would highly recommend them to friends/family.

Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family.
It's just a breath of fresh air to have a trade person being so open about options and prices and I would 100% recommend his services.

Great service from start to finish. Swift Lock Repairs came out and gained entry and fitted a new lock. Even cleaned up after themselves!. would recommend.
