Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change!
