He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. The pricing was very fair, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change! Thank you again, would highly recommend!

Exceptional service from Nigel today from contact, to arrival to fix in less than a day. Nigel went above and beyond to help and make good repairs to our bay window and throughout provided amazing communication, suggestions and help.
