I cannot recommend Nigel highly enough. When one of our windows jammed shut I thought we would have to have the whole thing replaced but, after contacting Nigel he was able to identify the issue and came out the next day to fix it. Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change!
