Had an issue with a damaged lock on my front door and Swift Lock Repairs was really flexible when arranging a time for coming out, turned up when he said he would, and went above and beyond to get the lock issues sorted. He was also great value and very knowledgable about our problem, so Id definitely recommend him.

Superb service from Nigel. Phoned him Thursday morning about a problem with my front door. I provided a picture of the door as requested. Nigel knew straight away what the problem was. Thankfully, he was able to visit later that day and fix the problem. He even rectified another problem I had with some French windows at the same time.
It's so rare these days to meet a tradesman who is good at what they do and take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel and would definitely use his services again should I need to. Hopefully, I wont need to but it's nice to know there is a reliable company available to help. Thank you Nigel.

Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family.
It's just a breath of fresh air to have a trade person being so open about options and prices and I would 100% recommend his services.
