I am a local independent Locksmith and probably just like you I don't like nasty surprises so I always try to give you a quote first. Give me a call or send a message along with some pictures if you can of the offending lock or Door etc. and I will get back to you with a quote/Estimate.
I can't work miracles but can fix most problems with uPVC and Composite doors. If your door is difficult to close or hard to lock then don't wait for it to break completely book a service and we can realign it for you, much cheaper than having to replace the full lock mechanism.

Hi a job well done by Nigel.. fixed out patio door this afternoon.. and left with no mess ..thank you..
Sewing Stash, Northampton NN3
Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family. It's just a breath of fresh air to have a trade person being so open about options and prices and I would 100% recommend his services. Thank you Nigel for all your help. It's hugely appreciated
