Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change! Thank you again, would highly recommend!

Exceptional service from Nigel today from contact, to arrival to fix in less than a day. Nigel went above and beyond to help and make good repairs to our bay window and throughout provided amazing communication, suggestions and help.

Leaving the house one Monday afternoon and could not lock the door, then felt something in the lock break as I turned the key. Phoned Swift lock repairs who arived at my house within the hour and fitted a new gearbox in 15 minutes. Job done and a fair price charged.
