Exceptional service from Nigel today from contact, to arrival to fix in less than a day. Nigel went above and beyond to help and make good repairs to our bay window and throughout provided amazing communication, suggestions and help. Really appreciate your knowledge and expertise and taking the time to talk though options for replacing the bays in time - will absolutely take your advise on board. Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change! Thank you again, would highly recommend!
