Nigel came to fix our uPVC door lock after the handle 'gave up'...he arrived really quickly, explained exactly what had happened and what components needed fixing and honestly we couldn't be happier...the quote was extremely close considering that Nigel hadn't seen anything other than a video and we loved that we had a quote before committing to work, this isn't normally the case and made a refreshing change! Thank you again, would highly recommend!

I found Swift Lock Repairs on the net and am glad I did. He knows the business inside-out, is generous with advice and time and is highly professional. His price was great. I will be recommending him.
